This is an agreement between Lockheart Manager and its users, outlining the rules for using the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Lockheart Manager, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Use of the Service

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental consent.
  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Prohibited Activities:
    • Uploading illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission
    • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service
    • Violating privacy, security, or intellectual property laws

3. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect and store personal information and documents as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Lockheart Manager and its contents (except for user-uploaded files) are owned by Lockheart Labworks and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
  • You retain ownership of any documents you upload but grant Lockheart Labworks the right to store and process them.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Lockheart Manager is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or data loss prevention.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lockheart Labworks is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
